The project included constructing a suspended footbridge and creating a dual carriageway underpass at the busy junction of the A41/A4031 in West Bromwich. This complex civil engineering scheme contained a variety of different construction methods including bulk excavation, piling, slip form concrete, bridge construction and roadworks.
