By applying our expert knowledge of the costs and prices of work, labour, materials and plant, and accurately measuring the work required, we can manage and control construction costs at every stage, from pre-to-post contract stage.

This includes keeping track of any changes in design, assessing work completed and recommending payment to contractors at stages of the construction process. We can also prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts.

At pre-contract stage, our professional services include the preparation of feasibility estimates and development appraisals, competitive tendering and negotiation, procurement and contractual advice, bills of quantities or quantified schedules of work.

At post-contract stage, we can handle interim valuations and agreement, variation and change control, contractual issues and settlement of final accounts.
